Stuart is responsible for the overall execution of Carr Residential’s investment strategies and fundraising.
Prior to forming Carr Residential, Stuart founded Texas Home Redevelopment, LLC – a general contracting company focused on the construction of single and multi-family properties across Central Texas. Stuart is also the owner/broker of Capital River Realty, LLC.
Previously, Stuart was named Vice President of Accell Natural Gas where he was instrumental in the formation of various ventures including Northfirst Oil and Gas and Carillion Resources, Inc. to purchase and operate producing properties in Wyoming, Texas, Oklahoma and Louisiana. He managed all operations until the disposition of assets in 2000.
Stuart holds a BBA in Finance from The University of Texas McCombs School of Business and has been an active Real Estate Broker for over 25 years.
Cody is responsible for managing the acquisition, financing, and development at Carr Residential, LLC.
Prior to founding Carr Residential, Cody worked at WCCG on the acquisitions team, where he was involved in the purchase 250MM of mixed-use developments, commercial and self-storage assets.
Prior to WCCG, Cody was a Senior Associate Consultant at Thomson Reuters and was responsible for handling complex real estate valuations and consulting services. Cody began his career as a Land Analyst for British Petroleum, one of the world’s seven “super major” oil and gas companies.
Cody sits on the board of the Austin Infill Coalition, is a proud member of the Urban Land Institute (ULI) and Real Estate Council of Austin (RECA). He holds a BBA in Finance from Texas State University and is a licensed by the Texas Real Estate Commission. In his spare time, Cody enjoys sailing, golf and finding ways to give back to his community.
As Director of Operations, Tyler’s primary responsibilities include construction, project management and internal operation functions in IT, marketing, and HR.
Prior to joining Carr Residential, Tyler led the Austin office of Genuent, a leader in the technology resourcing field. While at Genuent, Tyler was selected to the Presidents Club two times. Before transitioning into the engineering and technology resourcing field, Tyler began his career in real estate at Bernstein Realty.
Tyler holds a BA degree from Texas State University. As a fifth generation Texan, Tyler continues to volunteer at the Houston Live Stock Show and Rodeo as a Committeemen for the past 6 years. Tyler and his family reside in South Austin with their wonderful dog Snicker.
